Hi Smita,
Thank you for creating and sharing such great working document.
Since a lot of content updates are happening on this document, could you please add in one revision history spreadsheet to record the update history of the file. This information will help the readers track the latest copy of file easily as well as ensure discussions on the same version of the file.
Best Regards,
Thomas (AH)

Hi Smita,
Thank you for making the environmental scan available, and for the opportunity to review.
Would you please update CIHI's Primary Health Care section with the following information:
- Column B (Projects): Primary Health Care Electronic Medical Record Content Standard
- Column H (Reference): Additionally include the PHC EMR CS v3.0 secure.cihi.ca/free_products/PHC_EMR_Content_Standard_V3_PickListGuide_EN.pdf (Please note that we are in the process of reviewing v3.0 for updates)
Many thanks,
Marie Tran, CIHI, Primary Health Care Information

Hi,
Could you please add the following information to NL section of the "Gender+Sex environmental scan-The_Gender_Harmony_Project-Excel" file?
Canadian Jurisdiction/Healthcare Organizations: Newfoundland & Labrador
Program Name: eDOCSNL (the provincial electronic medical record program)
Code Domain Name: AdministrativeGender
Code System Source : HL7v3 AdministrativeGender
Code: M, F, UN
Definition/Description: male, female, undifferentiated
Print (Display) Name: Male, Female, Unknown and Other
A solution has been developed in the EMR that will map the value "Unknown" and "Other" to "undifferentiated".
Thanks,
Sisira (NLCHI).
