Ontario Health will be hosting an Open Review webinar on March 26, 2026, at 12:00-1:00 pm (EST) to provide details on the Ontario Integrated Assessment Record (IAR) HL7® FHIR® Implementation Guide v1.0.0-ballot, explain the process of providing coordinated comments during the Open Review period, and answer questions. The Integrated Assessment Record (IAR) tool provides a central repository for clinical assessment data collected from multiple community care sectors. It allows authorized Health Service Providers (HSPs) within the circle of care to upload and view a client’s assessment information in a secure and timely manner. The IAR enables collaborative care planning as well as enhanced communication between providers, for the ultimate goal of promoting high quality care for clients in the community. This Open Review webinar offers valuable insights for individuals and/or organizations involved in conducting or supporting IAR Assessments, including but not limited to hospitals, home care and community agencies, mental health and addictions services, Case Management System vendors, and EMR vendors. L'outil du dossier d'évaluation intégré (DÉI) fournit un répertoire central pour les données d'évaluation clinique recueillies dans plusieurs secteurs de soins communautaires. Il permet aux fournisseurs de services de santé (FSS) autorisés au sein du cercle de soins de téléverser et de consulter les renseignements d'évaluation d'un client de manière sécurisée et en temps opportun. Le DÉI permet une planification collaborative des soins ainsi qu'une communication améliorée entre les fournisseurs, dans le but ultime de promouvoir des soins de grande qualité pour les clients dans la communauté. Ce webinaire d'examen ouvert offre des renseignements utiles aux personnes et/ou aux organisations qui réalisent ou soutiennent des évaluations dans le DÉI, notamment les hôpitaux, les organismes de soins à domicile et communautaires, les services de santé mentale et de lutte contre les dépendances, les fournisseurs de systèmes de gestion de cas et les fournisseurs de DME.
