Hi Dan,

A couple of us in the forum are part of the System Coordinated Access Program which is implementing the Ocean eReferral Network in Ontario. Ocean is integrated with all 3 EMRs you have listed and is currently working on an integration with Health Shared Services Ontario to implement eReferral from Primary Care to Home and Community Care.

I'm hoping to hear from you regarding any successes you have had with regards to vendors that integrate with Practice Solutions, Accuro (QHR), or OSCAR to help family physicians connect with EMS services or Home & Community Care.
