Upcoming social determinants of health mini-conference and working group

Hi Everyone,

Wanted to let you know about a new working group that I am co-facilitating with Dr. Annalijn Conklin on the social determinants of health .The meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of each month at 9am PT/12 pm ET. As a way to launch the group, a virtual mini-conference on current initiatives on the collection, use and sharing of social determinants of health (SDOH) within digital health systems is being held on May 19, 2021.
