Hi Everyone,

Thanks again for attending the consultation session on May 26th, 2020.

A few follow-ups to the consultation session:
1) Here is the survey link we mentioned where you can provide us feedback on how the session went: www.surveymonkey.ca/r/DC23S8K

2) We are also looking for further feedback on the Excel document that we used to the guide the session. Appreciate, if you could answer the three questions that are outlined in the document: a) When should sex and gender data fields be accessed?; b)What use cases should be considered; and c) What additional values should be considered?

3) ) If you were unable to attend or have additional comments, you can add your comments directly into the 'Summary Notes' document by using track changes, or in the 'Slide Deck' or by sending them in the body of your email.

4) The summary notes from our first session in April have been updated with additional comments that were emailed to us.

The Excel document, summary notes and slide deck can all be found on the Planning Project page: infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/resources/docs/sex-gender/sgwg-planning-project. If could please send your the Excel document and any additional feedback to Marcy (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or Francis (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by June 16th.

Thank-you,
Marcy
