Hi Finnie (& all)!
No problem, the draft for comment version of our Core Data Set Specification (v6.0) can be downloaded from our EMR Specification Library here: www.ontariomd.ca/emr-certification/emr-specification/library
In the Core Data Set section, click on the hyperlinked "6.0". From the package you download, the mapping is found in the "Data Dictionary" excel document.

Replied by Michael Savage on topic FHIR Implementers' Community Call - February 26, 12-1 EST
Attendees
Michael Savage
Tim Berezny
Gavin Tong
Alex Goel
Fariba Behzadi
Igor Sirkovich
Ken Sinn
Rita Ryle
Ron Parker
Shamil Nizamov
Janice Spence
OntarioMD: Core Data Set to FHIR Mapping
• Michael presented on the CDS to FHIR mapping work. The published draft document shows CDS to FHIR Mappings, but there is some internal work to do the reverse mapping.
• There have not been any major gaps identified, although things like health card version code may need an extension. The one challenge to date has been when there is a CDS concept and a choice needs to be made to which of several data element options to map it to.
FHIR WG – Value Discussion
• Michael asked if we should continue the FHIR WG calls or if we should dissolve and allow people to focus on the work streams.
• Tim stated that it’s still good to have connection between the workstreams.
• Igor agreed, especially since sometimes the workstreams end and the people need a place to transition to.
• Gavin said he sees value in having the status calls, but also wants to ensure there are some goals and/or a work plan for the year to ensure we’re delivering value.
• Action: Gavin suggested the members bring work items or goals to the next meeting and it’s ok if the goals are just to provide status, then we can at least describe how to best to structure the updates.
• Ron mentioned that there is a ton of work going on with HL7 canada and HL7 international related to FHIR, and this group could be connected more.
• Ron also said that Argentina hosted a FHIR conference and 3000 attended in person and 1000 remote.
• We should have them present to us as to what’s going on there and why they have that level of interest.
• Action: Ron will try to participate more in the future and Michael will add him as a standing agenda for updates from HL7 Canada and HL7 International as and when there is information.
eReferral
• The current version of the spec is stable, and there’s a desire from implementers not to change it right now. Had an interesting experience with CHRIS, where they found a whole bunch of additional needs, and it really made the whole spec better. CHRIS and Ocean working on integration based on the spec. Tim is thinking of spinning off a new workstream on Health Care service directory and starting to work with another vendor. Gavin gave kudos to Tim and the other presenters for the Digital Health Canada Webinar that showed how data could be exchanged across 5 applications.
Canadian Core
• Michael provided an update on the Canadian Core work. There is a new work stream for clinical profiling that is expected to go forward weekly. New guidance has been provided for different scenarios of the “Must Support” flag and it’s now available in a matrix.
Other
Tim has shared a QuestionnaireResponse Resource validator; will render any QR resource for easier viewing / assessment: can be accessed here: questionnaireresponse-parser.herokuapp.com/
