PR/CR Spec Development work stream

Good question Shamil. Work has started on one through the PRS Collaborative. It is intended to align with the core PRS datamodel. The end result will be shared here. I expect it will be appropriate for all provinces that use PRS, and potentially even those that use a similar data model with different software.

Thinking one of our first workstream topics will be to present on works in progress based on existing registries across the country.
