We are pleased to inform you that the ‘batch’ functionality is now available for use, this custom feature supports the submissions of multiple requests for change.

To proceed with submissions, please visit our InfoRMS (JIRA) page for more information.

InfoRMS was upgraded to the latest version of the service which was selected because of the security standard it offers.

Hello,

We are pleased to let you know that Terminology Gateway and InfoRMS (JIRA) are now available

InfoRMS has been upgraded to the latest version of the service which was selected because of the security standard it offers. However, it does not currently offer ‘batch’ functionality, a custom feature that supports multiple submissions at once. We understand this functionality’s importance to the convenience of our users and are prioritizing it for our upcoming roadmap.

In the meantime, you can add your “batch load” spreadsheet to your InfoRMS submission as an attachment upon creating a single RFC until this service is restored.
Instructions for adding an attachment are linked here . (If you have any questions or need any assistance with adding the attachment, please contact us )

As an update on InfoScribe (Confluence): As we had previously announced, InfoScribe (Confluence) was upgraded which required a server rebuild, impacting a portion of InfoCentral. While doing this work, InfoScribe (Confluence) also announced a security issue that required a patch to remediate the vulnerability. As a result, this work has had a longer than anticipated down time, but we do anticipate the service to be restored next week. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you!
