Prescription version information is missing from PORX_MT980020CA.SubstanceAdministration was created by Miraz Zaman
While implementing CeRx 4.4.1 we found that the Prescription version information is missing from PORX_IN010390CA at
PORX_IN010390CA/controlActEvent/subjectOf/detectedIssueEvent/subject/substanceAdministration/id
(PORX_MT980020CA.SubstanceAdministration )

As a result, there is no way to identify which version of the prescription that the issue is associated with.
