This note includes context and a request for a use case for continued support of duplicate combined procedure concepts such as 418487002 |Computed tomography and drainage of chest (procedure)| (combined procedures) 439476007 |Drainage of thorax using computed tomography guidance (procedure)|.

If there are no supporting use cases, proposal is to inactivate. Example: 418487002 |Computed tomography and drainage of chest (procedure)| Inactivate as Duplicate/Same as 439476007 |Drainage of thorax using computed tomography guidance (procedure)|
