Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) extends an open invitation to its 8th Annual Hackathon event #SIIMHacks, taking place May 19-21, 2021. The event is open to all who are interested in medical imaging and health IT. There are no costs to participate. Our hackathon differs from others, focusing less on competition, and more on collaboration and education.
Students are especially encouraged to participate in the SIIM hackathon. It presents an opportunity to network with industry experts and future peers, opening their eyes to real-world problems in need of solutions, in addition to instilling a sense of community. Students can expand their network while learning more about imaging informatics through FREE SIIM Membership.
