Hi-
The venue will be webex. As soon as we pick a date and time (as soon as the doodle poll has a few more responses...), we will get a webex set up and I will post that to this Forums. It will probably only be a one hour webex, maybe 1.5 hours.

First, thanks again for being on the IHE Rad voting call such that we were able to get this profile approved in full!
In review of the discussion this morning, the high level schedule for F2F meetings in Oak Brook going forward is: (see wiki)
So in the near term, to get ready for the Oct 31st meeting, we feel we need to meetings:
1.) review sequence diagrams for two environments: XDS.b and DICOM - Please complete this doodle poll to schedule:

2.) review first cut at Vol 1 of IDEP supplement (which is drawn from the sequence diagrams): TUESDAY, Oct 24th, 10am-11am EASTERN

- Oct 31-Nov 3 - Determine technical solution to move forward for IDEP supplement
- Pre-work: reasonable completion of TF Volume 1 material
- Outcome: vote to move forward with technical solution
- Feb 6- Feb 9 - Review IDEP Vol 1 and Vol 2 line by line
- Pre-work: complete first complete draft of Vols 1 and 2 of IDEP
- Outcome: vote to go to 30 day Public Comment period (approve for Public Comment)
- Apr 24 - Apr 27 - Review IDEP Public Comments
- Pre-work: review public comments offline and organize, consider
- Outcome: resolution to all public comments, vote to Approve for Trial Implementation publication
