Good Morning All -

Based on Friday's meeting, I thought it would be useful to list off some of the key dates coming up, and provide some written details on IHE voting eligibility (Teri and Kinson - feel free to correct me if I get provide any misinformation).

The deadline for making any changes to the FEM profile proposal is August 11th. As Teri posted on Friday, there is special subgroup meeting tomorrow at 11:30am - 12:30 EDT, which likely will be one of the last chances to make significant changes to the proposal.

In order to cast a vote within IHE, your organization must be an IHE member organization and you must be listed as a contact: Below is a list of the IHE member organizations to confirm your company is a member: ihe.net/Member_Organizations/
In addition to being an IHE member organization, your organization must be fully paid on all dues, and have attended two consecutive IHE meetings in order to have voting eligibility.

If you are a new member and/or have not attended any IHE meeting in awhile, it is important to attend the following meetings in order to have eligibility for the final vote:

August 10 - IHE Radiology Planning Committee Voting Process (Voting Call)
August 10 Meeting Details

August 24 - IHE Radiology Planning Committee Selects "Short List" of Proposals (Voting Call)
August 24 Meeting Details

After attending these two meetings, and assuming FEM makes it through the 'short list', you will be eligible for the final vote:

September 22 - Final Selection of Proposals for the Year (Voting Call)
September 22 Meeting Details
