Hi. We identified an issue in the description for "simplifier.net/canadianuriregistry/ca-on-health-care-facility-id". It should be clear that this is for Ontario independent health care facilities.

Please update the description to the following:

A unique identifier assigned to independent health care facilities (IHF) licensed by the Canada Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care under the Independent Health Facilities Act, RSO 1990.
