Hi all,

We are pleased to provide an update on the Terminology Server since its launch in July 2024. Significant progress has been made to enhance user experience through live drop-in sessions, expanded training resources, and functionality improvements, ensuring a smooth transition from the Terminology Gateway to the new Terminology Server.

Highlights Include:
  • We are working closely with our vendors to improve the user interface, simplify access, and better support the download of Terminology artifacts in preferred formats such as pCLOCD (Excel), SNOMED CT (RF2), Value Sets (Excel), and CCDD (Zip package).

  • Updated FAQ and Shrimp User Guide on the Terminology Server page to help you maximize the server’s features.

  • Most content hosted on the Terminology Gateway (e.g., SNOMED CT CA, pCLOCD, CCDD, and Subsets) will be decommissioned by March 2025, with PrescribeIT® users unaffected for now and continuing to use the Terminology Gateway as usual.

Your Feedback Matters:
We invite you to participate in our Terminology Server evaluation survey , open from November 19 to December 3rd, 2024. This brief survey (3-5 minutes) will directly inform future improvements to our services.

For full details on these updates, please visit the news article . If you have any questions or further feedback, feel free to contact us through our Contact Us form .

Thank you for your continued collaboration as we work to enhance the Terminology Server together.

Best regards,
