Service Restoration: InfoRMS, Terminology Gateway and InfoScribe

InfoRMS (JIRA) update: We are pleased to inform you that the ‘batch’ functionality is now available for use, this custom feature supports the submissions of multiple requests for change.

InfoRMS was upgraded to the latest version of the service which was selected because of the security standard it offers.
