Learn about UVic's Health Terminology and Interoperability Standards Certificate Program

If you work in the health industry and are involved with or have an interest in health terminologies and standards, interoperable electronic health records, and clinical coding and classification, then our Certificate Program in Health Terminology and Interoperability Standards is for you. This is a 1-year, part-time program with four courses taught in weekly online evening classes and a virtual workshop.

The next cohort starts in January 2026 with an application deadline of October 1, 2025.
