Mohawk College will be offering a short program to help Canadian companies with new products prepare for testing at the IHE North American Connectathon. The program will be offered in a secure and independent testing environment located in Hamilton, ON.

The goal of the program is to provide product vendors with hands-on support and resources to help prepare their product for IHE Connectathon. Mohawk College research staff and faculty will help vendors understand and implement IHE Integration Profiles to enable key interoperability capabilities and help prepare for required pre-connectathon tests. Connectathon verification can be a strategic step for vendors wishing to offer their products as part of an interoperable solution in Canada, the USA and abroad. Mohawk College has helped several Canadian organizations through this process in the past.

Participation in the program may be subsidized for qualifying organizations through grant funding. As an Ontario public college, Mohawk College operates this service on a cost recovery (not-for-profit) basis to help assist Canadian digital health solution vendors.
