CIHI wants to hear from you in shaping the future of a Connected Care in Canada. The Pan-Canadian Health Data Content Framework is now available for Open Review. The Framework lays the foundation for Connected Care in Canada by outlining the data content and data architecture needed to enable connected, patient-centered care. Infoway is embedding the content from the Framework into the technical data exchange standards. The Open Review period will last until May 6, 2024.
The feedback received for the content of the Framework, Patient Summary (PS-CA), eReferral/eConsult and CA-Core+ specifications are integrated together to help shape the standard for health data content and data exchange in Canada.
