Hi Divya. Thanks for your message. I think the best way to approach your question is to first look at what phishing attacks are – how they are conducted and how to prevent them. The Canadian Cyber Security Centre provides the following resource on phishing attacks.

The second is to then look at phishing emails in the healthcare context. Alberta Health Services provides information for their employees to protect hospitals and other health care providers in the province. www.albertahealthservices.ca/about/Page13568.aspx
