Hi Folks, here is an interesting opportunity for you to consider. Given the diverse composition of this group, I think it is very relevant:

Greetings!

I am pleased to write that the 2SLGBTQ+ Health Hub Awards Committee to officially launch this year’s call for Community, Academic, and Professional Trainees (see links below in both English and French). Applications are due Wednesday, May 15th!

We encourage applications from interested individuals who are committed to 2SLGBTQ+ health and either working in a community or professional setting or completing their education in a university environment. Our training program is seven months, starting on September 1, 2023, and finishing March 31, 2024. Community and professional trainees must be working at a community-based, government, or health organization in Canada for the entire duration of the fellowship period. Similarly, academic trainees must be in a graduate program (Masters or Doctoral, Postdoctoral candidates are not eligible for this round of applications), or a registered healthcare training program at a Canadian university for the entire duration of the fellowship period.

Please help distribute this Call for Applications within your organization and your networks across Canada. Questions and feedback can be directed to the 2SLGBTQ+ Health Hub Platform Manager, Anna Penner at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
