HL7 Gender Harmony SFCU issues - Updated resource links

Folks here are some updated resource links I provided earlier on anatomic/organ inventories ...

(2) The SIGE imaging intake form mentioned in Sidsel Pedersen's paper is just the one shown in the paper on p373.
