MSFHR REACH (GSSO Action Plan Knowledge Translation)
Please join use for the next MSFHR REACH Special Topics meeting with Francis Lau on July 13, 2021: Digital Health/EHR Functions

In our REACH project, we will be sharing and discussing how the Action Plan can address the needs of sexual and gender minority patients and co-creating knowledge tools for future implementation of modernized gender, sex and sexual orientation documentation practices.
The REACH project will use a different Zoom meeting than the Sex-Gender Working Group.
