Not sure of the best solution, but seeing this same message spammed across every community forum looks suspiciously like a phishing attempt.

Could be alleviated by pointing to a link on the main page which then goes to the survey.

As it is, a link to "forms.gle\..." is not encouraging me to investigate it...

Infoway is looking to enhance how stakeholders learn about Infoway’s interoperability initiatives, status, timelines, access resources, express interest in participating, and link to additional resources including specifications and technical resources, and others.
