HL7 Sept 2023 Ballot: Canada Voters Now Able to Link their Votes to Mine

Hello HL7 Canada designated voters.

I have selected Abstain for all of the items in the Sept 2023 Ballot.

Please take the time to go to your Jira Ballot Dashboard and for each of your No Vote items in the dashboard and Link them to my vote.

I have asked for ballot comments to be returned by August 28th. This will give us time to consolidate and review with the designated voters.
