Hello all:

I believe everyone has voted already, however I have one last update received from Joel Francis (who just returned to work today).

On the topic HL7 FHIR® R4: Terminology and Conformance, please change your ABSTAIN to an AFFIRMATIVE. Joel has submitted an Affirmative vote.
