Updated Ballot Comments and Voting Directions for Today's Call

Hello all:

Here is the list of consolidated ballot comments from the HL7 Canada community. The initial list was missing comments from eHealth Ontario (my apologies) and I had also mistakenly incorporated comments meant for the general FHIR ballot with the FHIR Infrastructure ballot. My learning curve continues.
