CA Baseline Simplifier Project Url

Hey folks - as discussed on the 04/12 and 04/19 we are pursuing a tweak to the Simplifier project url to provide better clarity and differentiation from the CA Core. We have been going through the process of scrubbing use of Core from the guide and pages for 12+ months (outside of the note around the relationship between bases and cores) to try to reduce community confusion.

Note that project urls are different than canonical urls. Simplifier project url is simply how you find the details on Simplifier and can be changed at any time.

We will be migrating shortly from simplifier.net/canadianfhirbaselineprofilesca-core to simplifier.net/cabaseline and are asking any folks who have bookmarks or pointers to update the link to the new project url.
