Good afternoon,
In this email, you will find information about:
  1. how to access the new releases of the PS-CA and CA:FeX specifications, the ballot timelines, and how to participate in the ballot process; and
  2. new CA Core+ specification and how to participate in the community review, ballot process and/or provide input into future releases.
We are pleased to announce that the PS-CA v1.1.0 DFT-Ballot, CA:FeX DFT-Ballot, CA Core v0.1.0 DFT-Ballot specifications are now available for review. All collaborators are invited to review and submit comments on the specifications. Please visit the corresponding release pages for access to the specifications and details on how to provide feedback.
Ballot Timelines
  • Ballot review period: Dec 15, 2023 – Feb 14, 2024
  • Ballot submission period (i.e., feedback on the specifications): Jan 15 – Feb 14, 2024

Community Review Sessions of CA Core+ Content
Over the next 9 weeks the CA FHIR Baseline Community will be hosting a review of the CA Core+ profiles through the CA Baseline Calls.

We kicked off our initial review of the approach to our community review process and received a framing presentation of the IGuide and the development process. A recording is available for the portion of the call that covered the approach and guide content:
