file Code system reference for Immunization Value Sets

Hi Marc,

We identified and raised the same discrepancy last December, when using HL7 Validator with the ValueSet definitions used by PS-CA and PS-ON. We made the recommendation for Infoway to update their ValueSets to use the correct system URI as per the Snomed CT-on-FHIR documentation, in order for the ValueSets to be conformant with HL7's guidance.

The ValueSets procedurecode, pharmaceuticaldoseformcode, drugormedicamentSubstanceCode, ClinicalFindingCode, SubstanceCode, PharmaceuticalBiologicProductCode were all identified as having this issue, and I believe they have since been addressed.

(e.g. tgateway.infoway-inforoute.ca/singlesubset.html?id=2.16.840.1.113883.2.20.3.478&versionid=20211101 still shows the uri as ...snomedctcaextension, but the actual file at fhir.infoway-inforoute.ca/ValueSet/pharmaceuticaldoseformcode?_format=json shows the proper snomed.ct URI w version code instead)

Hello,
While reviewing the CVCTradename and CVCGeneric value sets bound to the Immunization resource in PS-CA and CA Baseline (there may be others), we have found that these value sets contain a reference to the codesystem fhir.infoway-inforoute.ca/CodeSystem/snomedctcaextension (see Example below).

However the proper way to call out the SNOMED CT Canadian Edition is with a system: of snomed.info/sct and a version: of snomed.info/sct/20611000087101.

How can this discrepancy be resolved and what is the correct thing to do here?

Example:
{
"resourceType": "ValueSet",
"id": "Generic",
"date": "2022-11-14",
"url": "cvc.canimmunize.ca/v3/ValueSet/Generic",
"meta": {
"versionId": "1.1.28",
"lastUpdated": "2022-11-14"
},
"status": "active",
"compose": {
"include": [
{
"system": "fhir.infoway-inforoute.ca/CodeSystem/snomedctcaextension",
"version": "20200331",
"concept": [
{
"code": "7781000087107",
"display": "[ap] Pertussis",
...

Thanks,
Marc
