Where can I find Canadian uri's for system in the Identity class i.e. BC phn, AB uli, passport, social insurance number, and driver licence ids ?
Is there a recommended way to change gender (or is it recommended not to) i.e. change the enumerated U item to X, to conform with BC proposals in that area. One could always add values to an inherited class value but that hardly seems acceptable.
