DiagnosticReport

• Are these device-based diagnostic reports indicative of a majority vs minority of use cases? Will this be changing as more and more COVID reports are exchanged via FHIR?

• supportingInformationSymptomPresence (extension)
o uses a profile of Observation (Symptoms Present or Absent Profile)

• Overall no red flags in terms of the CAB, but CAB and COVID DiagnosticReport profiles are profiled for very different purposes

• Curious as to the rules in .meta (.id and .versionID) around the capturing of the App ID; seems like that rule would be more appropriate elsewhere in the Profile

The iGuide will be posted on the forum to see if anyone who doesn’t regularly attend the calls wants to weigh in on any flags perceived in ‘Canadianizing’ this iGuide for Canadian contexts:

Hi all!

For this Friday's Governance meeting, we will be using the time to continue reviewing the Covid 19 At-Home Test Report Spec in comparison to the CA Baseline Profiles:

(we looked at the Lab Results profile last week)

Thanks!
