Change Mgmt / Feedback Process

> Agreed we'll wait for confirmation that resourcing can be provided (moderator role, etc)
> Going to assume our current draft process will be the one we move forward with (pending above confirmations)

Terminology Scorecard

> no objections to proposed directions which we can offer the valueset / extension owners as ways to resolve the non-resolving links
> CanImmunize: we should provide feedback to CI team, can recommend publishing their valuesets as an iGuide FHIR Resource that we can point to
> if owners of the valuesets don't want to alter / add to their current approach, what's our last resort?
> likely allow the links to not resolve and include explicit notes saying that the links won't resolve
> PrescribeIT: can ask them to host extensions at canonical URL or try to publish an iGuide for the extensions that others (like CA Baseline) can point to
> SNOMED: terminology gateway needs to publish the definitions, not just the expansions; can ask Infoway to make available the valueset definitions at the canonical URL locations
