When you open the event it has the zoom details. For this one you can either register in advance or use the registration link on the day of and it will admit you to the meeting:

Hi all!

Just want to flag for the Community that we've added an additional Community-wide call, occurring on Wednesday October 20th 12-1pm EST. The purpose of this extra meeting is to offer a chance to debrief on observations and experiences from the FHIR North 2021 Conference, which will have taken place the immediate week prior. It will also offer an immediate opportunity for Conference attendees interested in joining the Community going forward to connect with the existing membership, and learn about the existing and new workstreams in which they may participate / drive.
