We finished the last of the six maturity levels on today's governance call as well as made a few additions regarding process for community feedback in earlier levels (additions in red). The full list of level definitions can be found on our maturity level definition thread here: infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/forum/266-fhir-implementations/3928-ca-baseline-maturity-level-definitions-discussion

We started discussions around our process for soliciting feedback and managing changes, with a focus on early levels (since we're currently preparing to enter Level 1 where broader community feedback will be solicited).

On our next Governance Call (August 20th) we'll look at some of the tools that were mentioned today: Infocentral Forum, Simpilfier Issue Log, Github Issue Log, Jira Platform - with the goal of deciding on what tool (or combination of tools) we'll be using for our process for: Submission, Discussion, Consensus, Triage, Change Tracking, Resolution

Hi all!

The agenda for this Friday's Governance call is as follows:

1. Review wording and try to arrive at decision for Level 6 Maturity Level definition for CA Baseline Profiles
2. How we want to go about soliciting Community Feedback for when we release the CA Baseline Profiles (at Maturity Level 1); discussing mechanisms, platforms/avenues, etc. (e.g. InfoCentral Forum vs. Simplifier Issue Log); if discussions are required re: change requests, where do those discussions take place? What's the best way to track where (i.e. province/jurisdiction) feedback is coming from?

Thank you!
