Running into an issue when validating FHIR messages that use extensions defined under the htttp://hl7.org/fhir/ca/core/... namespace (no fixed address extension).
HL7 FHIR Validator will always try to resolve any URLs that start with hl7.org -- be it extensions, profiles, etc.
Under FHIR rules, Validation and Process should ignore all unknown/unrecognized extensions, and simply flag as a warning. However, it will try to retrieve definitions from the hl7.org namespace.
Do we know if we will eventually be hosted under hl7.org/fhir/ca/core/...?
edit: Yes, as a workaround, it's a simple matter of making a local copy of the StructureDefinition available. Just wondering if this has wider implications we haven't thought about.
