Michael Savage
Sheridan Cook

Dean Matthews
Fariba Behzadi
Igor Sirkovich
Joanie Harper
Ken Sinn
Matthew Herbert
Piers Hollott
Shamil Nizamov

• The group compared Practitioner and Organization as defined in CA Baseline and the Prescribe IT / Shared Health FHIR iGuides
• Practitioner: birthdate is flagged as MS in CA Baseline and not in Shared Health Spec; noting this as a candidate for relaxation
• The group also examined MedicationDispense as defined in CA Baseline and Prescribe IT Spec to determine if there are any extensions defined in Prescribe IT which should be adopted into the CA Baseline as extensions
• ACTION ITEM: Forum readers to note any objection to adopting the following extensions:
• Extension: medication-rendered-dosage
• Extension: dispense-quantity-remaining
• Extension: medicationorder-dosageinstruction-relationship
• Some extensions not considered due to versioning of FHIR between Prescribe IT and R4; some extensions have since become incorporated as elements in base FHIR standard
• Group has concluded review of CA Baseline and PrescribeIT Spec
• Next iGuide on deck for the Due Diligence Review is the eReferral FHIR Spec; will start with AllergyIntolerance
