• Reviewed the stakeholder group types, their associated ‘pitch cases’ and ‘what’s in it for you’ statements, with regard to the stakeholders we will plan to reach out to in order to gain their advocacy / support for the work we are doing with the CA Baseline Profiles
• Sheridan, Matt, and Mike reviewed the draft spreadsheet which displays the various key messages which differ based on each stakeholder group
• Will be uploading this to InfoCentral for the group’s continued review and feedback; access it here: infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/resources/docs/hl7/canadian-core-profiles
• Will be adding ‘definitions’ and ‘examples’ to each stakeholder type (first tab in sheet)
• As we continue to reach out to the identified stakeholders, we will want to make the other stakeholder types and the associated messaging visible to those stakeholders as well, so they have visibility to the various groups we are engaging for advocacy and how the messaging varies across those groups
• Suggestion to align the defined groups with the groups identified in the CHI Governance Review from last year
• The group on the call contributed a ton of great organizations / groups to the evolving list (second tab)
• Will be continuing with this work during the next Governance Call

Hi all!

The agenda for this Friday's CA Baseline Governance Stream meeting is to review the current approach to the CA Baseline Pitch Deck. We have a set of categories we are planning on using to classify the various types of stakeholders we'll want to start / continue to engage with as the Pitch Deck evolves. This will also be a good opportunity for us to validate as a group our suggestions for who we will want to enlist as 'advocates' for the CA Baseline & its benefits.

Thank you!
