Attendees

Michael Savage
Sheridan Cook
Shamil Nizamov
Finnie Flores
Scott Prior
Alex Goel
Francis Lau
Russ Buchanan
Jorge Pichardo

Updates

• Shamil reviewed the changes discussed and agreed upon from the last two Individuals & Entities weekly meetings
• Agreed on changes to extension (ethnicity)
• Also GitHub issue #37
• Upcoming discussion item will be how to present identifier slicing
• Shamil alternative report-in structure for these bi-weekly meetings; rather than present a spreadsheet or template, have the commits already complete and present the changes as reflected in the rendered iGuides (IG Publisher, Simplifier, etc.)
• Request to also provide a high-level version of the changes; can use the slide deck template already created; needs to be able to foreground the rationale for the change made, for traceability
• Proposal (once Igor is back) is for I&E and Medication streams to share a 1-hour timeslot instead of having 2 separate slots for people to commit to
• Plan for next meeting is to discuss the tooling available for iGuide page creation (forge, simplifier, etc)
