Hi Shamil, should we have a separate thread to submit comments/feedbacks about the patient profile, similar to what medication/immunization is using (infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/forum/266-fhir-implementations/3308-medications-and-immunizations-draft-profiles-are-completed-and-ready-for-review)?

Hello, the patient profile page mentions that "preferred pronoun" extension is created but it's not in the profile. Is this being worked on and will it be added in the patient profile?

The only mustSupport=true elements in the Patient profile are those somehow aligned with IHE Demographics Option (see ITI TF Vol1), i.e., identifier, name, contact detail and birth date.

IHE also lists mother’s maiden name, multiple birth indicator and birth order but those are optional and mustSupport=false in our profile.

Btw, please have a look and provide any comments or feedback - build.fhir.org/ig/scratch-fhir-profiles/CA-Core/profile-patient.html
