March 2024 pCLOCD release is available for download

Canadian lab terminology implementers can now update to the latest pan-Canadian LOINC Observation Code Database release ( R05.20.00_2.77 ). Informed by the latest available LOINC release v2.77 , evaluating requests for change, community guidance and input, this release contains:

• 15 new LOINC codes in English and French
• 59 edits to terms in English
• 67 edits to terms in French
• 1 Deprecated LOINC code

pCLOCD is available for review and implementation accessible from Terminology Gateway . You can learn more about all the changes in the release notes .

We continue to expand the Canadian French translation of LOINC terms with each release and this includes translating new terms and updating existing revised terms. Thank you to the Translation working group for their ongoing support and dedication to this valuable work.
