SNOMED International is pleased to announce that the April 2024 Business Meetings will provide hybrid events for the organization and Community of Practice, providing both in-person and virtual opportunities to participate. Meetings will be held in London, United Kingdom from 13-17 April 2024.


REGISTRATION
Registration for the April Business meetings will be open in February 2024, and as there is a requirement for each attendee to accept the Data Privacy and Terms and Conditions, it would be appreciated if you could kindly register your in-person or virtual attendance once you receive the registration email.

ACCOMMODATION
The SNOMED International April 2024 Business Meetings will be held at the following hotel:

Andaz, London Liverpool Street
Details:
• Andaz Queen or King bedrooms - GBP 180 per night (inclusive of VAT)
• Rooms are available to reserve at this rate between April 09 to April 21, 2024
• The guestroom rate does not include breakfast
• Deadline for Delegate Individual Reservations: Friday, March 29, 2024 (14 days before arrival)

Cancellation Policy:
Individual reservations made before the reservation cut-off date may be changed or canceled without penalty. Individual reservations will be liable for any no-show bedrooms or cancellation charges made after the final cut-off date (Friday, March 29, 2024), and any charges will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
