The session will focus on the use of SNOMED CT to represent questions and answers in clinical questionnaires, and a presentation will be provided showing how a standardized approach to the development of clinical questionnaires can be taken using the HL7 FHIR Questionnaire resources with form tools provided by the US National Library of Medicine.
