Snap2SNOMED
is a mapping tool designed to support the collaborative authoring and maintenance of simple maps from other code systems to SNOMED CT.
Please use your existing SNOMED International Confluence account to login into the tool. If you don't already have one, then please
apply for a new Confluence account here
