The Editorial Advisory Group (EAG) has recommended inactivation of concepts whichrefer to overdose or poisoning of undetermined intent because it is unclear what“undetermined intent” means (e.g. not asked, refused to answer, unable to answer).

Concepts which refer to overdose or poisoning of undetermined intent will be inactivated for the July 2021 International Release with a reason of Duplicate with a historical relationship to the unspecified parent.
