Within the Social context hierarchy is the sub-hierarchy of Occupation (occupation).
There are approximately 240 concepts within that hierarchy that represent the meaning "other" occupation e.g. 89159002 |Other electric lineman/cable jointer (occupation)|,23607005 |Other cooks (occupation)|. These concepts are classification constructs, not suitable for inclusion in a terminology. The plan is to inactivate these concepts. Please advise if this content is in use in your organization and if this action would negatively impact you.

Also, the Allergy Clinical Reference Group is look for input from members on whether the followinf concepts are being used :
  • 294904000 |Allergy to intravenous nutrition (finding)|
  • 294635009 |Allergy to intravenous immunoglobulin (finding)|
If you use any of the above concepts, please let us know by posting a message on this Forum, before march 11.
Thank you!
