There doesn’t appear to be a LOINC code that meets the criteria for the ICL units. I would suggest you create a code and submit it to CHI for inclusion in the standard. Sometimes ICL includes a code in their test information but there isn’t one for this test.
I am trying to map a pCLOCD/Loinc code for a test done at HIC. The test is ETHYL GLUCURONIDE in random urine with units ug/8.8 mmol C. We are not familiar with the use of this as a unit and I have reached out to the lab but have not received a reply. If anyone can please guide us in which code would be appropriate to use, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Bonnie Chipman
