LOINC is heavily used for laboratory information and Regenstrief has their FHIR Server setup; you can you can try it out here: loinc.org/fhir/
There is a Canadian FHIR Baseline working group that meets b-weekly and I am sure you can bring this request to the members who can share their expertise
