CIHI is pleased to announce the release of an alpha-version mapping of the common terms found in v5.0 of the Canadian Emergency Department Diagnosis Shortlist (CED-DxS) to SNOMED CT and ICD-10-CA for testing. The mapping has been released in both English and French. The French version also includes SNOMED CT Canadian synonyms.
The mappings are available in PDF and are free to download from the CIHI online store at the following link:
