***Updated Immunization Subsets Now Available: June 2015***

The updated version of the Immunization subsets is available in the pan-Canadian Subset Library folder on the InfoCentral Wiki.

• The June 2015 release includes RFCs that were in InfoRMS as of May 14, 2015.
• These subsets are aligned with the January 2015 release of SNOMED CT International.

Release Notes and individual subsets change logs should be reviewed and consulted before implementation.

Infoway will be hosting a Webinar to review the content of the release an upcoming Public Health Surveillance webinar/teleconference. Details will be posted on InfoCentral.
